Aim: ERGO wants to inspire young talents nationwide as an attractive employer and win them over to its own company.
Result: Through the Challenge, ERGO reached numerous talents from all over Germany and positioned itself innovatively in the minds of the GenZ. At the same time, ERGO was able to generate ideas with the direct target group on how the Group can best convince them of its benefits via social media in the future.
